Conference Registration Eger/Hungary

This is not refundable in case I cannot attend. I may however send a substitute from my organisation after consulting the EBBD e.V. via secretary@ebbd.eu.

Due to local regulations the access to the conference can be subject to special restrictions like vaccination etc. that have to be obliged by each participant. Please inform yourself about the actual regulations and make sure that you follow them.

I hereby consent to EBBD e.V. storing, processing and publishing photos/video/audio recordings taken of me on the occasion in question, in both printed and digital form, for the purpose of disseminating information on the association's activities. The photos/recordings are intended to be published online, in information material, etc.

I have downloaded a copy of the information on EBBD e.V.’s processing of personal data in the form of photographs, video and audio, and have read the information.

I hereby explicitly consent to EBBD e.V. storing and publishing my personal data in both printed and digital form, in various channels where EBBD e.V. disseminates information about its activities.

I have the right to be informed, if the processing of my personal data is affected in a way that may have a negative impact on me. For this purpose, I provide my email address to enable the EBBD e.V. to contact me.
