What is EBBD?
“The Certificate of Excellence in European Business Behaviour and Democracy (EBBD) is a Europe-wide recognized qualification. It equips learners with the necessary competence to master extensive soft skills and business competence in an international environment.
It is a proof of excellence and readiness for mobility in the field of business administration. Currently, nearly 50 schools from nine European countries are part of the EBBD network, offering their students the chance to increase their opportunities in the job market.
In order to obtain this together with the school-leaving certificate and diploma examination, students must be involved in the following areas, among others:
- Participation in bilingual business studies lessons
- Special commitment, in particular participation in various projects
- Completion of a four-week internship abroad
- Proof of advanced language skills in a second foreign language
