4th Transnational Project Meeting (TPM4), 27 – 29 January 2026, Brussels
TPM4 – Advancing in the design of a sustainability unit and micro-credentials in EBBD GRACE
From 27–29 January 2026, partners of the Erasmus+ project EBBD GRACE – green competences & recognition of achievements through credentials in EBBD- gathered in Brussels for the fourth Transnational Project Meeting (TPM4). Hosted by Neth-ER (Netherlands house for Education and Research), the team made significant progress in the design of both the Sustainability Unit and the pilot micro-credentials.
Micro-Credentials & European Digital Credentials
On day one we focused on shaping the two pilot micro-credentials further. In workshops, the team refined content, scope, volume, and learning outcomes to ensure the credentials are pedagogically strong and usable across borders.
Experts from the Europass support team joined online to clarify the use of the European Digital Credentials for Learning and how to build these using the Europass platform.
Advancing Sustainability Competences
On day two, the spotlight turned to Green Competences. The team refined the learning outcomes and specified the required knowledge, skills, competences, and attitudes. The workshops and exchanges, laid a solid foundation for a robust, future-proof learning unit.
End of day two in Brussels, insights in the use of GreenComp and how to implement this in a European Business certificate were exchanged with Ulrike Pisiotis.
EBBD board members additionally met with MEP Brigitte van den Berg to share the mission and impact of EBBD.
Preparing for EBBD Training & LTT Activities
The final day centred on project management, dissemination, and preparations for both the upcoming EBBD Training Event and the Learning, Teaching & Training (LTT) activity, in Leipzig in December 2026. Learning outcomes and a draft programme were set up.
In evaluating this project meeting team members concluded that this project team, is growing stronger with each project meeting. Collaboration becomes more natural, discussions more focused, and decision‑making more efficient. We’ve built a shared understanding of our objectives, our roles, and the steps needed to get there. It is smoothening the process and the quality and impact of the outcomes we create together. Happy and grateful to be part of this!
Thanks go out to Ulrike Pisiotis, Brigitte van den Berg, Ildiko Mazar and Queralt Gutierrez Calatayud for taking time to meet us during these days in Brussels and to Raúl Kalb for hosting us at Neth-ER.
