Each year, all EBBD schools convene for an Annual General Meeting (AGM). This event is jointly planned and hosted by the Board of the association and one EBBD school, with the host school and host country changing annually. Two representatives from each EBBD school are invited to attend the conference.
The AGM is recognized as an Erasmus training event. It features workshops and presentations on current pedagogical, didactic, and economic developments. The aim is to continuously refine and update the EBBD curriculum to ensure it remains relevant.
Additionally, the AGM serves as a platform for preparing collaborative projects between EBBD schools, and statutory association elections are conducted during the event.
