Global Week in Business College Helsinki
The Global Week was organised for a second time in Business College Helsinki on the November 22nd to 26th.
The main goal of the week was, to acquire international experience within the college: to learn about various cultures, try cuisine from different parts of the world etc.. It was about celebration of our differences, similarities, culture, diversity, equality and wellbeing.
The week included well-known guest lecturers, sports events and presentations of different cultures of the students at Business College Helsinki.
The international EBBD student group had worked hard to prepare the program. They had planned the content of the days, contacted the guest speakers, prepared the marketing material and presentations and hosted the event.
The event started with the kick-off seminar with country presentations, followed by workshops, around the world competition, language café and many more activities followed, such as diversity and wellness seminars and student pitchings.
It was an eventful week with good vibes and a lot of preliminary work. After a long time the school came alive with colours, cultures, sounds and face-to-face encounters.
